The best Serbian tennis player, Novak Djokovic, symbolically announced his participation at the upcoming Wimbledon, which begins in less than two weeks, with a social media post that immediately drew huge attention from fans.

On his Instagram profile, Djokovic shared a series of photos from the most successful moments of his career on the London grass, accompanied by a short message: “Previously… in the grass season.”

The post reminded fans of his numerous triumphs at the most prestigious Grand Slam tournament, including scenes from his championship celebrations and his iconic “grass-biting” ritual after winning Wimbledon titles.

Among the photos were also shots from his legendary clashes with the biggest rivals in tennis – Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Andy Murray.

Djokovic has won seven Wimbledon titles so far and is once again expected to be one of the main favorites for the trophy on the grass courts in London.

It is still not known whether the Serbian star will compete in any warm-up tournament before the start of the Grand Slam, but he is expected to play several grass-court matches in the final phase of preparation to fine-tune his form for the biggest challenge of the season.
