Ministry are putting an end date on one of industrial metal’s loudest, weirdest runs.

Al Jourgensen said the band will release its final album, Hate to Go (Take Out or Delivery), on October 30, before heading into farewell shows that stretch from U.S. festival stops this year to a European run in 2027.

Jourgensen did not dress the announcement up. In a statement, he said he is “fucking done,” after decades of turning Ministry from synth-pop outsiders into a grinding industrial-metal force.

The band has also released a video for “Burned Out,” a new song described as topical and politically charged. Joshua Bradford directed the clip.

The first run of farewell dates includes Red Rocks in Morrison, Colorado on September 15, Louder Than Life in Louisville on September 20, Chicago’s Salt Shed on October 3 and Sick New World Texas in Fort Worth on October 24. A fuller North American tour is expected to follow.

Europe gets a longer goodbye in spring 2027, with Die Krupps supporting across dates in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Czechia, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.

The album’s 10-song tracklist includes “Crickets,” “Voices of Hate,” “Clown Car,” “Delete,” “Grifter,” “Singularity” and the closing track “We’re Still Here,” which features classic lineup member Paul Barker.

Jourgensen framed the ending as peace, not collapse. “I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished. I’m amazed at the path that it’s taken, from With Sympathy to where we’re at today, and all points in between,” he said. “It’s been quite a ride, but I’m completely at peace with the fact that it’s done. It’s time to herd goats.”
