Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have turned months of wedding speculation into a very public celebrity milestone: they are married.
The couple tied the knot Saturday at Madison Square Garden in New York, three years after their relationship first became public. The venue had already become the center of fan attention, but the ceremony confirmed what Swifties and NFL fans had been watching for all day.
Swift’s representative said both Swift and Kelce wore custom Christian Dior Haute Couture, with shoes by Christian Louboutin. Swift also wore Cartier jewelry.
The ceremony kept the wedding party close to family. Swift’s representative said the couple did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen, adding that Austin Swift “served as Taylor’s Man of Honor and Jason Kelce was Travis’ Best Man.”
There was also one very Hollywood twist at the altar. The representative said, “The ceremony joined both families together and was officiated by friend Adam Sandler.”
Guests listed at the event included Bradley Cooper, Ethan Hawke and Karlie Kloss. Earlier reports suggested other names were expected, including Kylie Kelce, Zoë Kravitz, Suki Waterhouse, Druski, Andy Reid, George and Claire Kittle, while Stevie Nicks had been reported as a possible performer.
Outside the arena, Madison Square Garden marked the moment with screens reading “JUST&T MARRIED,” turning the city landmark into part wedding venue, part fan spectacle.
The wedding follows Kelce’s now-famous story about trying to give Swift his phone number during the Eras Tour. He later said he was “a little butt-hurt” that he could not reach her then.
By Saturday, that missed connection had become a marriage ceremony in the middle of Manhattan.
